| The details of Partswell Warranty are
set forth below. The Partswell Warranty is available for Partswell
brand items only. For warranty claims on the products listed below,
please contact us so we can organize to have your product replaced
by new one under our warranty program procedures. |
| Warranty Coverage |
Partswell brand items are manufactured
with all new materials and components, and tested under rigorous quality
control. Partswell brand items are designed to meet or exceed the
original equipment they replace.
The warranty covers only defects in materials and/or workmanship
In case any Partswell brand item fails to function due to manufacturer¡¯s
defect in materials and/or workmanship, return it to the place of
purchase with the sales receipt as proof of purchase, and you will
receive right away a new Partswell replacement free of charge. Partswell¡¯s
sole responsibility pertinent to the terms of this warranty, if
any, shall be the replacement of this product as indicated above.
Partswell reserves the right to treat any warranty claim as invalid
if the product does not comply with the warranty conditions in circumstances
including, but not limited to, where the product has been abused
for any reason or has been tampered with in any way that affects
its normal functioning. |
| Warranty Exclusions |
When returning the product for warranty
service to Partswell¡¯s distributors, dealers or resellers, please
familiarize yourself with and adhere to all the details described
below, otherwise your warranty claim may be invalidated
Upon receipt of the product(s), Partswell, its distributors or dealers
as the case may be, will use the following criteria in determining
warranty eligibility. If the product exhibits any of the following
exclusions, the product will be void of warranty and may result in
the product being returned to customer freight collect: |

Defects from environmental damage (corrosion or staining)
Defects from normal wear and tear
Defects from using the product other than as instructed on the package
of each product or any
separate document provided by Partswel
Defects from damage during installation or removal, even if accidental
Defects
from damage by lightning, power surges or other natural phenomenon
Partswell
can not be responsible for damages due to abuse, mishandling, improper
installation
or neglect, for any consequential damages,
labor claims, personal injury, damage to property
or inconvenience. |

for Partswell¡¯s Distributors and Dealers |
| This section is designed for Partswell¡¯s
Distributors and Dealers only.
When your customer returns any PWC item to you for compensation,
you are supposed to replace it with a new one right
away after validating it according to the criteria stated above
and follow the instruction stated below.
After compensation to your customer, you are required to submit
a Warranty Claim Report on forms supplied by us.
Unless being notified by an official letter from Partswell, you
are supposed to keep the returned goods for 6 months.
Partswell appreciates your cooperation in providing this information.
We request the following information in order to establish the eligibility
of your warranty claim. Failure to supply the requested information
may result in delays or voiding your warranty claim.

| Once your warranty claim is validated,
Partswell will issue a Warranty Acknowledgment (WA) document by e-mail
or fax including our compensation plan within 14 days of receipt of
report.
In case that we need to check the product in problem by ourselves,
we will request you to return it to us at our cost. We may issue
the Warranty Acknowledgment (WA) document after investigation of
the product.
If a returned product is in breach of any of the published policies,
the warranty claim will be invalidated. For such cases, Partswell
will provide notice to you within 14 days of receipt of return
Your co-operation in these matters will enable Partswell to reduce
the turn-around time for your warranty claim and will also provide
Partswell with better and more reliable failure analysis of the
product, resulting in higher quality products and superior product
support.
The above warranty statement incorporates the exclusive expression
of warranties by Partswell and is in lieu of any and all other warranties
whether expressed or implied. This warranty gives you specific legal
rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
